Prior to joining Miranda Cargo, Bill worked in the logistics and forwarding industry for the last 17 years, including most recently holding commercial management roles in APL Logistics North Asia and DHL Australia. Bill graduated with an MBA from the University of Canberra, Australia. He is married with 2 daughters whom he spends most of his spare time with. |

He enjoys exercise and relaxing with good food and friends in his spare time, usually with a football game playing on TV in the background. |

Vladimir Porasenko

| Vladimir PorasenkoMr. Porasenko joined Miranda Cargo in 2010 and currently serves as the SVP of North America overseeing US, Canada, and Mexico operations. Prior to joining Miranda Cargo, Mr. Porasenko was General Manager and Director of Process Management at Pegasus Logistics. Prior to Pegasus, Mr. Tribble held various operational roles with DHL/Exel Global Logistics, MSAS Global Logistics, and Kuehne & Nagel. Mr. Tribble holds a BA in Social Sciences from Washington State University where he was a member of the football team. |
MANAGEMENT
Logistics has a two-tier management structure with a Board of Directors elected by the General Meeting. The Board appoints the Executive Board, comprising the CEO and CFO. Our Executive Management team also includes the heads of Shipping Division, Logistics Division and People & Ships.
